Who we welcome. Pavé Group welcomes anyone who identifies as female, 21 and over, who values our mission of community development, female empowerment, and genuine connection. That has been true since we outgrew a single zip code in Orange County, and it is true in every chapter we open.
Why it is structural, not decorative. Pavé is a French term for a diamond setting - gemstones set so closely together that no metal shows between them and they cannot be pulled apart. A setting only holds if every stone is set. Our members come from very different backgrounds, religions, races, countries, professions, incomes, abilities, and stages of life. The soulsisterhood does not work in spite of that range. It works because of it.
What we will not condone. We do not condone discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or mistreatment on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, socioeconomic status, immigration status, marital or parental status, veteran status, or body - from members or from anyone outside the group. We also do not condone toxicity, bullying, or poaching. This is a safe space, and we mean it as a standard we enforce, not a sentiment we express.
Accountability. If you see something, say something. Report any violation to a Leadership Team member or to info@pavegroup.org. Reports are taken seriously and handled privately.
This work is not finished. It is not a page we published once. We will keep revisiting who is in the room, who is not, and why.

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions makes Pavé great, but may also be sensitive/private. Do not share personal information outside the group.
All attendees should be Pavé members. Safety and privacy are important to you & we respect that. Knowing who is at an event allows for us to take certain measures in emergencies or local crisis.
